Why Ampelis
Ampelis was created for families! The company was born from the ambition to help families create richer relationships and intentional culture rooted in shared values. Over time, that focus expanded to include companies, athletic teams, and individuals seeking support from our network of integrative mental health clinics.
Our mission is to help individuals and families to thrive mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually, and relationally as societal trends pull us away from things that help us live with confidence, connection, joy, and purpose — what Ampelis calls "meaning."
Our team is comprised of experts in positive psychology, psychiatry, marriage and family therapy, mindfulness and meditation, and organizational behavior.
Our ongoing work is to organize the best of emerging behavioral science, clinical practice, and age-old wisdom into simple, memorable, and actionable products and frameworks to help you make changes that last — specifically to live with more joy and meaning.
Through it all, our focus on the family remains paramount…because our family relationships can be one of the greatest sources of joy, confidence, and love in our lives.
This workshop is for parents who:
-
Are searching for meaningful ways to connect with their children amidst a busy schedule
-
Feel they're struggling to find the balance between validating emotions and correcting behaviors
-
Are anxious to help their children become resilient and confident
-
Want family-centered activities to guide their learning so that everyone's involved
-
Desire methods that are science-based but packaged in a way that feels attainable and teachable for their kids
