All sessions are recorded and posted on the app for viewing by those who need to miss a live session. Recording access expires 30 days after the workshop ends with the option to extend your access.

Developing the #1 tool to gaining mental clarity, peace, and power in any situation.

Understanding how self-pity and shame sabotage your progress and how self-compassion triggers the growth mindset that will take you where you want to go.
Session 4:
MANTRAS & AFFIRMATIONS
Learning the power of the brain and how to choose and practice helpful vs. harmful thoughts.
Session 5:
VISUALIZATION​
Using the power of visualization to help you heal from the past and prepare for the future you want.
Session 6:
GRATITUDE
Applying the easiest and most powerful way to love what you have and enjoy abundance in every aspect of your life.

Why Ampelis
