Justin Weeks

Justin is the definition of a people person, who uses this skill set to lead business development for the Ampelis Team.  Justin has a bachelor’s degree in Technical Sales from Weber State University and has spent his career in starting and growing businesses.  He embraces and thoroughly enjoys the challenge of taking a new concept, product, or service to market.  In addition to leading the business development efforts, Justin lends hand to client experience to ensure every aspect of Ampelis is of the highest quality.

Before joining Ampelis, Justin was a Partner in a marketing firm called Calendar Systems. His roles included strategy, product development, and client acquisition.  Under his leadership the company grew to 600+ clients throughout the United States and Canada.

Justin has a reputation for doing things right and over the top.  This applies to both his professional and personal life.  His #1 commitment in life is his wife Natalie and their three children.  He loves teaching his children and cultivating those relationships.  When he’s not working or doing something to support and build his community, Justin enjoys mountain biking, riding motorcycles, water, and snow skiing, especially when he’s doing these activities with his family.
