ANNA SIBIO, PMHNP-BC
HIGHLAND CLINIC & VIRTUAL
Anna is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), specializing in comprehensive psychiatry and serving patients of all ages and diagnoses. With nearly 20 years of experience in medicine, she has witnessed how crucial mental health is to overall well-being. As a military spouse of 25 years and a mother of two, Anna has a deep, hard-earned understanding of the sacrifices made by military service members and their families and the toll they can take on mental health. She brings this real-world understanding into the care she provides and is passionate about helping clients feel hope and peace again, empowering them to experience positive changes in their lives.
Anna is a firm believer in the power of small actions leading to great improvements in an individual’s life. She specializes in comprehensive psychiatry services and treating the person as a whole. Her approach includes psychopharmacological interventions, psychotherapeutic interventions (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Supportive Psychotherapy), and evidence-based interventions aimed at improving overall quality of life, including sleep, nutrition, exercise, social connection, and mindfulness.
When not in the office, Anna is most likely chasing her toddler, traveling the world with her family, biking mountain trails, or digging in her garden (and possibly binge-watching British TV murder mysteries). She values honesty, empathy, and authenticity, aiming to help clients feel seen, heard, safe, and supported as they work toward meaningful, lasting change.
