ELIZABETH HALBLEIB, LCSW

CACHE VALLEY CLINIC & VIRTUAL

Elizabeth has three years of experience working in residential settings supporting children with intense emotions, attention challenges, and behavior concerns—alongside their families. This experience gave her a strong foundation in helping individuals navigate emotional regulation, improve communication, and rebuild strained relationships. She recently moved to Cache County and is transitioning to working with adults in an outpatient setting.

Elizabeth helps adults manage stress, navigate life transitions, and develop healthier coping strategies using a client-centered approach emphasizing collaboration, empathy, and practical skill-building. Her therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and relationship-focused. She believes in the power of both laughter and honest emotional expression as healing tools in therapy.

She draws on evidence-based modalities such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Play Therapy interventions (adapted for adults when appropriate), and Attachment-Based Family Therapy. She often incorporates creativity, metaphor, and storytelling into sessions to support insight and growth.

Elizabeth’s work is deeply personal, motivated by witnessing others struggle. She is committed to walking alongside clients toward healing, joy, and emotional stability. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in social work and is credentialed as an LCSW.

Outside of work, she enjoys audiobooks, crocheting, sewing, quilting, board games, hiking, and camping.
