HANNAH FARNWORTH, LMFT

MURRAY CLINIC & VIRTUAL

Hannah works with teens, adults, and couples who feel stuck or disconnected and are ready for something to shift. Many of her clients are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or life transitions and are ready to understand why they feel the way they do, not just cope, but truly heal.

Hannah’s style is warm, grounded, and direct. Clients can expect curiosity, honesty, meaningful challenge, and a bit of humor. She creates a space where people feel deeply seen while also helping them confront the patterns that may be keeping them stuck.

Her work is rooted in an attachment-based lens, helping clients understand how early relationships and life experiences shape the way they show up today. She integrates EMDR to process trauma, Internal Family Systems principles to explore the different parts of self, and experiential approaches that move beyond talking so clients can actually feel and shift what is happening internally. With couples, she uses Emotionally Focused Therapy to help partners break out of painful cycles and rebuild connection, safety, and closeness.

Hannah became a therapist out of a deep belief that people make sense when you understand their story, and that healing happens in relationships. She is especially passionate about helping clients move from overwhelm and disconnection to feeling more grounded, connected, and fully themselves.

Outside of the therapy room, Hannah can usually be found sipping a Diet Coke, running around with her kids in the backyard, or listening to a good podcast.
