SKY FISCHER, CSW

Sky Fischer is a Clinical Social Worker (CSW) at Ampelis Health. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from Utah Valley University, with a focus on clinical social work and mental health. Sky has experience working in private practice, residential, and intensive outpatient treatment settings, where she has supported individuals across a variety of mental health needs.

Sky describes her therapy approach as warm, compassionate, and person-centered. She is passionate about helping clients feel safe, understood, and supported while working toward meaningful change. Sky takes a holistic approach to treatment, considering emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of well-being. She tailors therapy to each individual and integrates mindfulness, along with practical tools, to help clients build greater balance, awareness, and resilience.

She works with adolescents (13+) and adults and has experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and PTSD. Sky utilizes evidence-based approaches, including motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT). She also incorporates creative modalities such as art, music, and sandtray when appropriate.

Sky has lived in Eagle Mountain for over a decade and values connection and community. Outside of her work, she enjoys listening to audiobooks, watching movies, trying new foods, and traveling. She has a personal goal of visiting all seven wonders of the world and has already crossed two off her list.
