VONDA MCBRIDE, DNP, PMHNP-BC
CACHE VALLEY CLINIC & VIRTUAL
Vonda works with children, adolescents, and adults who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break. She is especially passionate about supporting individuals on their journey to overcome addiction and substance use, helping them rebuild trust in themselves and find hope again.
Her approach is calm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. Clients often report feeling seen and safe in her sessions, like they can finally take a deep breath. Vonda believes in meeting people where they are and walking alongside them without judgment.
She entered this field because she witnessed the power of someone truly feeling heard. As a nurse, she wanted to go beyond treating symptoms—she wanted to help people heal in a deeper, more lasting way.
Vonda is trained in medication management, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based approaches to anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders across all age groups. She leads with compassion, curiosity, and a genuine desire to help people feel better.
Outside of work, she enjoys walks with her dogs, traveling, strong coffee from Dutch Bros, and getting lost in a good true crime book or podcast. A quote she often comes back to is: “The key to success is determined by your struggles.”
